Onboard your private charter "Up The Creek", leisurely cruise the local waterways and enjoy the beaches from one of the classic vessels of the boating industry; "Grand Banks". See uninhabited islands, an incredible variety of coastal birds, shells galore, wild ponies, dolphins and the "Cape Lookout" lighthouse from waters once frequented by North Carolina's notorious pirate "Blackbeard".
Up The Creek Tours offers half and three-quarter day tours to Shackleford Banks or full day tours to Cape Lookout. We also offer Dolphin Watches and Waterfront Cruises along the Beaufort and Morehead City waterfronts. Captain For-A-Day services offer private instruction on your vessel. Instruction includes safety, trailering, docking, close quarter maneuvering, navigation, trip planning, etc. Special event opportunities are limited only by your imagination. Options include observing the 4th of July fireworks anchored offshore of Morehead City's Sugarloaf Island, participation in the Annual Christmas Flotilla, anniversary celebrations, etc. Day cruises to Oriental and Swansboro are also available.
Up The Creek Tours are designed for a maximum of six passengers so you can luxuriate yourself in uncrowded comfort. Complimentary snacks and beverages are provided on all tours. Lunch is served on three-quarter and full day tours. For your additional comfort the vessel's cabin is air conditioned. There is also a clean head and changing area. Up The Creek Tours is a reservation only private charter so there are no lines or wait times. While underway we stay with you, familiarize you with the area, answer your questions but otherwise stay out of your way so you can relax.
